§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Extraplanet LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer regarding the use of the phonecall.help service.
§ 2 Service Description
phonecall.help is an AI-powered companion service for seniors. The service offers:
- Conversations with AI-powered virtual companions
- Support with everyday questions
- Various personalities for different topics
Important notice: The service does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. In emergencies, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
§ 3 Contract Formation
The contract is formed upon completion of the order process and payment. With your purchase, you receive an activation code that can be passed on to the intended user (senior).
§ 4 Prices and Payment
The prices indicated at the time of order apply. All prices are in US dollars.
Available payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
§ 5 Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

§ 6 Terms of Use
- The service may only be used for its intended purpose
- One activation code is valid for one device
- Sharing access with third parties is not permitted
- Abusive use may result in account suspension
§ 7 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.
The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of information provided by the AI. In particular, the conversations do not replace professional advice.
§ 8 Termination
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the billing period. For one-time payments (6 or 12 months), access ends automatically after the period expires.
§ 9 Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
§ 10 Final Provisions
The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA apply. The place of jurisdiction is Sheridan, Wyoming.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
